I really am going to make a come back! I was super busy this weekend, which is like every weekend these days!! But I did eat some yummy things! I had Averie's and boy are they delish!
I also may have made some chocolate covered strawberries too!! SO GOOD!
I had my "crack" a skinny peppermint mocha from Starbucks.

I made french toast waffles for breakfast yesterday. A yummy protein smoothie with tons of berries, bananas milk and protein powder for lunch.

Dinner was Trader Joe's Lobster Ravioli with bean balls and a salad. MMM SO GOOD!! Dessert was an oreo truffle.. Times 3!! LOL I love those things ;)
We also put Amelia's Jumperoo together and she LOVED IT!

I'm Back!!

Hi Everyone!
I was so determined to start blogging again but that just did not happen with being pregnant and working! I just was not motivated. Amelia is now 2 1/2 months old and I'm ready to do this!!
I read so many blogs every day and have missed it so much.
I am hoping to stick to this as many days a week I can. I am back at work on Mondays and Tuesdays so those days will be rough but every other day should be easy to do! Especially since I kick ass at typing one handed these days!

Today was a blah kinda day... It was Monday.. Didn't want to get out of bed with my boys... and patients at work were not nice!!! I blame the full moon!!! Unfortunately I didn't eat too well.. lots of snacking!! I am not even going to say all the treats I ate! I will do better tomorrow!!! We get lunch tomorrow so I'll get a nice salad and maybe some soup since it is going to be a rainy day. I hope everyone had a great day!
I hope to be more cheerful tomorrow!

Hi Everyone!
Welcome to my new blog, I have been thinking about starting up a new blog for a while now and finally decided to just jump in head first. I am expecting my first child with my hubby Adam of about a year and a half in October!
I was a very healthy eater for years especially leading up to our wedding on November 14, 2009. My doctor though thought I could afford to gain a few pounds since I had some female problems (no period for years on my own) and desperately wanted to get pregnant eventually. Well after the wedding I decided burgers, bread and "fat" were not terrible in moderation and realized I was much more happy eating that way. I gained about 8 pounds over the next year and surprisingly got pregnant without really trying!
These days though I'm not feeling that I'm eating as healthy, I'm still keeping up my workouts of walking a brisk 4.5 miles a day but salads, veggies and yogurt just don't seem as appealing. I WANT MEAT, CHEESE AND BREAD!!  and lots of it. Its nuts! I never really thought about cravings like this if/when I became pregnant but it really happens! lol
I figured starting this blog will help me see what I'm putting in my mouth these days and be totally conscious of what I'm feeding my little peanut too!
Here's my latest ultrasound picture of peanut at 12 weeks! This was about 4 weeks ago ;)
